Midweek is the surprise: Tuesday through Friday draw the heaviest bookings, filled with socialites, couples and a steady international crowd, much of it Middle Eastern and Eastern European. Smart casual is enforced, and the $$$$ band means the bill matches the address on Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya, in the towers of Presnensky. Valet parking removes the usual problem of arriving there by car. The regular age range runs roughly 25 to 45, and it trades year-round.
