Blvd. Kukulcán runs the length of Cancún's Hotel Zone, and being on it means the day is built around the pool rather than the street — you arrive in beachwear, take a day bed, and stay put. Doors are open 11am to 7pm every day of the year, so this is a daytime proposition that winds down as the light goes rather than pushing into the night. Lounge and deep house sets keep the volume conversational, table and bottle service handle the rest, and the kitchen keeps things broad enough to suit whatever you feel like ordering between swims. Friday and Saturday draw the biggest crowd, a mix of American visitors and locals mostly in the 25-45 range. Prices sit in the mid band, which for the Hotel Zone is fair going for a full afternoon of shade, sun and sound.
