Tech house and EDM carry the main room, with deep house and commercial hits and hip hop filling out the night at a volume that makes conversation a lost cause and dancing the only sensible option. Doors don't open until 11:45pm on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and the room doesn't really fill until well after that, running to 4am midweek and 4:30am at the weekend. The crowd skews young — an 18-25 policy, a heavy backpacker contingent, and a mix of Americans, other Western Europeans and Florentines who know the Via Palazzuolo stretch of Santa Maria Novella well. Prices sit in the mid range, with bottle service and VIP booths for groups who'd rather hold ground than fight for it. Smart casual is enough at the door, but scruffy trainers and beachwear are pushing it.
