Hip hop carries most of the night here, loud enough that conversation happens in bursts between tracks, with trance pushing the room harder as the hours stretch toward closing. Doors open at 11:30pm and stay open until 4:30am five nights a week — Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, closed Tuesday and Sunday — which makes it one of the few places in the Centro Storico still moving long after the restaurants on Via dei Sassetti have locked up. Bottle service and VIP booths anchor the busier corners, though the $$ price band keeps it within reach of the young professionals and visitors who make up most of the floor. Smart casual is enforced at the door, and the 25-to-45 policy shapes who gets past it. Come early if you would rather not spend part of the night in the queue.
