The model is table-led: VIP booths, bottle service and full table service at a price band that sits at the top end, drawing young professionals, socialites and couples, mostly Stockholmers with a scattering of Western European visitors. The door runs a 30-plus policy and a smart elegant standard, so this is a dress-up night rather than a drop-in after dinner. Open year-round, it fills fastest in the hour after midnight; if you want a seat on a Saturday, arrange the table before you arrive.
