Midweek is unusually busy for the City of London — Tuesday through Thursday draws the after-work crowd from the surrounding offices — with Saturday the other peak. Doors open at 11am daily and run to 1.30am Wednesday to Saturday, midnight earlier in the week and 11pm on Sunday. Dress smart casual, expect a 30-plus room, and note that valet parking is available on King William Street.
