Down at Pantai Melasti, the beach access and the pool set the pace, with lounge and chill house running through the afternoon before commercial hits lift things toward closing. Korean food is the kitchen's angle, which is an unusual thing to find on a Bali beach and worth building a long lunch around; shisha, table service and bottles keep the daybeds occupied. Doors open at 10am daily and shut at 9pm every night of the week, so this is a sun-and-sunset operation rather than a late one. Beachwear is fine throughout. Friday through Sunday are the busy stretch, prices sit in the upper-mid band, and it runs year-round.
