The loungers fill with a 25-to-45 crowd of Marbella socialites and holidaymakers, mostly Western European with a steady South American contingent, and the mix holds from mid-morning through the afternoon. Days run 10am to 6pm every day of the week between May and October, which makes this a sun-hours proposition: day beds booked with table service, bottles brought out when the group is large enough, and lounge and chilled house keeping the volume at conversation level. The kitchen works in French, which lifts the food above the usual beachfront register and justifies the $$$ band. Beachwear is the accepted uniform, so there's no need to change for lunch.
