Yalıkavak, on the northwest shoulder of the Bodrum peninsula, is where the marina crowd concentrates, and a day here on Balyek Caddesi runs to that rhythm: daybeds claimed by late morning, lounge and chill house held at a level that lets conversation carry, and table service moving between the water and the shade without much urgency. The kitchen works in Greek dishes and carries a Michelin distinction, which makes lunch a genuine sit-down rather than an afterthought between swims. Friday through Sunday brings the fullest room — socialites, visiting Gulf regulars and the occasional familiar face — and the beach chic dress code is taken seriously at the top end of the $$$$ band, where bottle service and valet are part of the arrangement. The season runs May to October, and the crowd skews 25 to 45.
