About Beso Beach
The crowd skews young — eighteen to twenty-five, a mix of Formentera locals and Western European visitors, with a socialite contingent that arrives once the sun is properly high. Doors open at one in the afternoon on Playa de Cavall d'en Borràs, inside the Ses Salines natural park a short run from La Savina marina, and the day runs straight through to midnight without a break. Seafood is the kitchen's business, served at table on the sand, with daybeds and bottle service for anyone settling in for the afternoon; deep house and chill-house sets keep things unhurried until the volume lifts and the champagne comes out. Friday through Sunday are the busy stretches, prices sit in a mid band rather than the Balearic extreme, and beachwear is genuinely the code. Open May to October only.
