A kilometre out of La Savina marina on the road toward Es Pujols, the rhythm here follows the island day rather than the clock — long lunches that drift into the afternoon, then a slower evening service as the light goes. Mediterranean cooking arrives by table service, and the soundtrack stays in lounge and chill-house territory throughout, low enough to talk over. Friday through Sunday brings the heaviest traffic, a mix of Formentera locals, South American and Western European visitors, and the occasional recognisable face among the socialite contingent; the room skews to the 25-45 bracket, with 18 the drinking minimum. Smart casual is expected and the top-end price band is real, so budget accordingly. It runs year-round, which on this island is less common than you'd think — worth knowing in the shoulder months when much of the coast shuts down.
