Thursday through Sunday are the nights that fill, drawing a largely Western European crowd of socialites and young professionals, broadly in the 25-45 range, with 18 the legal drinking minimum. Smart elegant is the standard and it is taken seriously; the $$$ band reflects the island's summer economics more than anything exotic on the list. The season runs June to September, and it has picked up a Best Club mention along the way — worth booking ahead in August.
