Lounge and chill house carry the early part of the evening at a volume you can still talk over, then the room tilts into commercial hits, Europop and trance as the plates clear and the cabaret takes hold — by which point nobody is sitting down. Greek cooking anchors the dinner service, with table service, private dining and bottle-service booths for groups who want the show at close range. On Enoplon Dinameon in Mykonos Town, it runs June to September and fills Thursday through Sunday with a largely Western European visitor crowd, mostly between 25 and 45. Smart elegant is the standard and it is taken seriously; the $$$ band reflects a night that begins as dinner and ends much later. Book ahead for the peak weekend nights, when tables go first and the room is at its loudest.
