About Cabbar
Doors open at noon and don't close until 2am, seven days a week from May through October, which means you can arrive for a long Turkish-Mediterranean lunch and simply stay as the tables fill and the lounge and chill house drifts in around you. Turkish pop lifts the later hours, and the table and bottle service keeps the same seat working from afternoon into the small hours. Friday through Sunday is when Alaçatı's summer crowd — a mix of locals, Western European and Middle Eastern visitors, mostly in the 25-45 range — is at its thickest, so book if you want a good position. Smart casual is the expectation and the $$ band keeps it approachable by Çeşme standards. Out at Akçakaya Mevkii rather than in the village lanes, it works best as a place you settle into for several hours rather than pass through.
