Dalyan sits on the quieter side of Çeşme, and the walk down to the water off 3011. Sokak sets the tone for the day: you arrive in beachwear, take a day bed, and stay put. The kitchen works across Turkish and Greek plates, so lunch stretches long, and the music runs from lounge and chill house through the afternoon into deeper, Afro-leaning and tech-house territory as the light drops. There are VIP booths and bottle service if you want the shaded end of the beach, but the $$ band keeps the whole thing accessible rather than exclusive. Friday through Sunday is when it fills, largely with tourists — a good share of Middle Eastern visitors — and the crowd skews mid-twenties to mid-forties. The season runs May to October, and outside those months the place is shut. Book ahead for a bed on a summer weekend.
