The kitchen works in Spanish and Mediterranean registers at a fine-dining level, and the drinks side runs on table and bottle service, so a party can anchor a daybed and stay put. Music stays in lounge and chill-house territory, present but never the point.
Weekends are the busy stretch, drawing couples, Singapore locals and a strong Western European and British contingent; it skews to a 30-plus crowd rather than a young one. Beachwear is the expected uniform all day. Prices sit in the upper-middle band, valet is available, and it trades year-round. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
