Doors open at 9am on Saturdays and Sundays, an hour earlier than the weekday 10am start, and everything closes at 9pm — so a visit here is built around daylight, from a mid-morning claim on a day bed through the long golden stretch before the place empties out. Day beds, table service and bottle service run the length of Tanjong Beach Walk on Sentosa, with a Mediterranean kitchen behind it and a $$$ price band that reflects the format more than any single plate. The soundtrack stays soft and loungey through the middle of the day and picks up into tech house and chill house as the afternoon turns, occasionally sharpening toward EDM.
