Marbella's season swells and empties, but the doors here open at 6:30pm every night of the year, January through December, and close at 1am. The kitchen works Greek and Mediterranean seafood, and the room is built for couples — intimate, table-served, with private dining for groups who want the door closed. Lounge and chill house sit under conversation early, drifting toward commercial hits as the evening lengthens, and the volume never overtakes the table. Fridays and Saturdays fill first, drawing locals alongside Western European and Middle Eastern regulars, so book ahead for either. Beach chic is the standard — polished but unstiff, in keeping with the Golden Mile address on Avenida Bulevar Príncipe Alfonso de Hohenlohe. Expect an upper-tier bill, and use the valet: parking along this stretch of Los Verdiales is its own small ordeal. Guests are generally 30 and up.
