The kitchen works a seafood and Peruvian line, ceviche territory, and there's table and bottle service for anyone who wants to hold a bed through the afternoon on Fonte da Telha, out on the Costa da Caparica stretch south of Lisbon. Prices sit in the mid band, which keeps the room young — the crowd skews 18 to 25, a mix of Lisbon locals, American and Western European visitors. Beachwear is the whole dress code, so nothing more is expected than what you swam in. Doors run midday to 8pm most days and stretch to 11pm on Friday and Saturday, when it's busiest; the season runs April through October.
