About Plateau Lisbon
Bottle service is the one concession to modern club convention here, and at a $$ price band it stays within reach of the young professionals who fill the floor on Friday and Saturday nights. The music runs on nostalgia — 80s and 90s hits, old school sets, with trance, reggae and chilled house widening the range as the night goes on. Doors open around midnight and the room runs through to 6am from Thursday to Sunday, so nothing much happens before 1am; smart casual is enough to get in. The crowd skews 25 to 45 and mixes Lisbon locals with a steady South American contingent, which gives the dancefloor a different accent than most of Santos. Open year-round, tucked into the Escadinhas da Praia just off the riverfront.
