Doors open at 8.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays only, running through to 2am, with the season stretching from April to October — the rooftop and its live-show billing make the most of the warm months. Mediterranean cooking anchors the tables, lounge and deep house keep the room moving, and bottle service is the default once the night gets going. Expect a smart-casual, largely 25-45 crowd of young professionals, locals and Western European and UK visitors, and budget in the upper-mid range.
