From May to October the doors open at 9am and close at 7.30pm, seven days a week, which makes this a daylight operation in Yalıkavak on the western tip of the Bodrum peninsula — arrive early, leave before dark. Table service runs across the loungers, brunch anchors the morning, and the kitchen works between Turkish plates and international ones, with the mood drifting from lounge and chill house through the afternoon into jazz as the light goes. The $$$$ band is honest about what a day here costs, and beach chic is the expected register — swimwear with something over it, nothing scruffy. The crowd skews adult, broadly 25 to 45 and often older, mixing Yalıkavak locals and corporate visitors with tourists who found it through the marina; drinking age is 18.
