From May through October the day runs long here, starting quietly around the daybeds and building through the afternoon until the champagne comes out and the pool deck turns into the party — Fridays and Saturdays being when Puerto Banús pours in hardest. Beachwear is the code, so there's no need to change for dinner; the kitchen keeps things varied rather than tied to one cuisine, and lounge and chill house sets carry the sound without ever tipping into a nightclub grind. Booking matters: daybeds, VIP booths and bottle service are how the space is organised, and the $$$ band reflects a table-service model rather than a walk-up bar. The crowd skews 25 to 45, heavy on South American and Western European visitors, socialites and the occasional familiar face. Closed through the winter months, so plan for summer.
