From May to October the Costa Smeralda season dictates everything here, and the open-air rooms on the SP59 above Golfo Pevero fill only for those months before going quiet again. Dinner runs first, with a broad menu that carries the evening until the floor turns over to lounge-leaning house and, later, techno, played to a young crowd of local and Western European regulars who mostly sit in the twenties. Friday and Saturday are the nights that matter, and they run on bottle service and VIP booths at prices that put this at the very top of the island's range. Smart casual is the working standard, though in practice the door reads the room and the yacht-season dress runs sharper than that suggests. Over eighteens only.
