Days run on daybeds and table service, with Italian cooking through the afternoon and lounge and deep house holding the volume at conversation level until the tempo lifts later. Friday through Sunday are the busiest, when the Baja Sardinia crowd — a mix of Western European regulars, locals and summer visitors, mostly between 25 and 45 — fills the booths and bottle service comes into its own.
