About ZOLA By the Sea
Mediterranean plates arrive at the daybeds from nine in the morning onward, and the kitchen keeps going long past dark — doors stay open until 2am every night of the week through the May to October season. The format is table service throughout, with bottle service and VIP booths for groups who settle in for the afternoon and stay for dinner, and the $$$ band reflects that you're paying for the spot on the sand as much as the food. Music runs to lounge and chill house, warm enough to sit through and enough to dance to once the light drops. Thursday through Saturday brings the fullest crowd — couples and a socialite set, mostly Lebanese and regional, skewing 25 to 45. Beachwear is the code, so no need to change for the evening.
