Pier 7 rises off Dubai Marina Mall as a stack of restaurants, and the sixth floor puts this one high above the water on a stretch where the walk over from the mall or a valet drop on Sheikh Zayed Road are both easy work. Asian fusion plates anchor the evening, with table service across the room, VIP booths and bottle service for larger groups, and a private dining option if the night needs its own corner. Doors open at 5pm most days and stay open to 1am, with earlier starts at 1pm Saturday and 2pm Sunday for a slower, daytime version of the same thing. Thursday through Saturday is when it fills, largely with a 25-45 crowd of Marina locals and visitors, and the soundtrack leans lounge and deep house before commercial hits creep in later.
