Doors open at 11am every day, which makes this as much a lunch-and-daybed proposition as an evening one — you can arrive for Mexican plates in the sun, hold the same table through the afternoon, and still be there when the music lifts. Closing drifts later as the week goes on: 11pm most nights, midnight Thursday and Friday, 1am on Saturday. Deep house and lounge-leaning sets carry the daytime hours before commercial hits pull people up in the evening, and Tuesday is the day the crowd is thickest, an unusual peak that says a lot about who's here — a mix of tourists, Dubai locals, Western Europeans and Americans, broadly 25 to 45. Beach chic is the standard, the $$$ band reflects daybeds, VIP booths and bottle service, and valet handles the La Mer arrival. The season runs October to April.
