October through April is the window here, the stretch when Dubai's heat eases enough to spend a full day on the Palm Jumeirah shoreline without surrendering by noon. Doors open at 9 AM every day of the week, and the shape of the day shifts with the calendar: Monday to Thursday it winds down at 7 PM, Friday and Sunday stretch to 10 PM, and Saturday runs through to 12:30 AM, when the deep house edges past the loungier chill-house of the afternoon and the crowd stops pretending it's still a beach day. Day beds and VIP booths are the currency, with bottle and table service attached and valet at the door, so budget for the $$$ band. Mediterranean plates cover the eating. Beach chic is the standard, the room skews 25 to 45 — young professionals, Dubai locals, European and Middle Eastern visitors — and Friday and Saturday are the busiest by some margin.
