Doors open at 6pm most nights and half an hour earlier on Fridays and Saturdays, which sets the rhythm: an unhurried Italian dinner that slides into lounge hours before the 1am close. The kitchen works in a $$$ register, and the room shifts as the evening goes on — jazz and funk played live early, lounge and chill house filling the later stretch when tables turn into something closer to a bar. Table and bottle service run throughout, valet handles the arrival on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, and private dining is there for groups who want the door closed.

Thursday through Saturday are the busy nights, drawing a mix of Downtown locals, Middle Eastern regulars and Western European visitors, mostly in the 25-45 bracket. Smart casual is enforced, the drinking age is 21, and it runs year round.
