About Blue Marlin Ibiza
Lounge and chill house holds the room through the afternoon at a volume you can still talk over, then deep and tech house tighten the tempo as the light drops and Cala Jondal turns from lunch to dance floor, champagne showers included. The kitchen works two directions at once — sushi and Japanese plates alongside Mediterranean cooking — and most of it arrives at a daybed or a VIP booth, with bottle and table service the default rather than the upgrade. Friday through Sunday is when the socialite crowd, largely Western European and South American, fills the place, and the $$$$ band is honest about what a table there costs. Smart casual covers it, though beachwear alone won't. It runs year-round rather than closing with the season, and the door leans to a 25-45 crowd.
