About La Terrazza
From April to October the doors open on Poble Espanyol up on Montjuïc, and the whole thing lives outdoors — a summer-only run that closes down once the Barcelona nights turn cold. Music runs through deep house and tech house into techno and harder EDM, with lounge-leaning chill house filling the softer edges of the night, and the open-air layout means the floor stays busy while the terraces around it breathe. Thursday through Saturday are the nights that matter, drawing a mix of young professionals, locals and visitors from across Western Europe and the UK, with a noticeable British contingent. Entry is 18 and over and the crowd skews young. Dress is casual, prices sit in the mid range, and bottle service with VIP booths is there for groups who want a fixed base rather than the crush at the bar.
