Doors open at 7 PM every night and close at 11 PM, stretching to 11:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, which are the nights the room fills with corporate professionals, a strong South American contingent and the occasional recognisable face. Music stays in lounge and chill-house territory, low enough to talk over. Dress formally — this is the top price band, and the crowd skews 25 to 45 and dresses the part.
