Middle Eastern plates and shisha carry the room through to 3am, which is the shape of the night here: four nights a week, Wednesday to Saturday, doors from 10pm at One Central in Trade Centre. Arabic music drives it, with live singing and belly dance keeping the energy up rather than letting the tables settle — the crowd dances, and the mood is loud and celebratory well past midnight. Expect Dubai's corporate set, visiting celebrities and a heavy mix of tourists, most of them in the 25–45 bracket, some doors holding to 30-plus. The dress code is formal and enforced, and the $$$$ band means a table and a bottle rather than a quick drink standing up. Valet handles the arrival, which is worth using given the location. It runs year-round, and the later end of the week is when it's fullest — book ahead for Thursday or Friday.
