Lounge and chill house holds the early part of the evening at a level where a table of eight can still talk, then commercial hits push the volume up and the space between tables narrows into something closer to a dance floor. The kitchen works a French-Mediterranean line, and the format is built around it: table service throughout, VIP booths and bottle service for the groups that stay past midnight, private dining for the ones who want the door closed. Doors open at 8pm Tuesday through Sunday and stay open until 3am, with Monday dark — meaning the busy nights run almost the whole week rather than clustering on the weekend. The room sits on the first floor of the Fairmont on Sheikh Zayed Road, valet at the door, and draws a corporate, largely 25–45 crowd. Dress formally; at $$$$, the bill assumes as much.
