The crowd here skews 25 to 45 — Dubai Marina locals, Middle Eastern regulars and Western European visitors, plus tourists who've read about the place, with 21 the minimum for drinking. Wednesday is the day that matters most, when the daybeds fill early and the deep house builds through the afternoon; Fridays run all the way to 3am and Saturdays to midnight, while Sunday simply doesn't close. The rest of the week keeps beach club hours, 10am to 7pm. Music stays on the mellower side of house until the energy turns over, and service runs through daybeds, VIP booths, bottles and table orders, with valet at the door. Beachwear is the code, which keeps things easy, though the $$$ band and the chic lean of the room mean people dress it up rather than down. The season runs October to April, when Dubai's weather makes sense of a rooftop pool.
