The kitchen keeps its range wide — an all-sorts menu served at the table, with bottle service running alongside for groups who settle onto a daybed and stay put on Cala Tarida's sand. Doors open at 1pm and close at 7pm, six days a week from May through October, which makes this an afternoon proposition built around the slow turn of the west-coast light rather than anything that carries into the small hours. Lounge and deep house sets hold the volume at conversational level throughout. Friday through Sunday brings the fullest rooms, largely a mix of Western European and UK visitors alongside Ibizan regulars, mostly in the 25–45 bracket. Beach chic is the expectation — linen, good sandals, nothing that looks like it came off a party bus. Pricing sits in the mid band, unusually reasonable for a spot on this stretch of coast.
