Doors open at 10am and stay open until midnight most of the week, stretching to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, which is enough runway to arrive for a late breakfast on a daybed and still be there when the tech house and deep house sets take hold after dark. The Mediterranean and international kitchen carries the middle of the day, with table service across the beds, VIP booths, bottle service and private dining for groups who want the room to themselves; valet parking handles the drive out to Cap Martinet.

Weekends are the busy stretch — Friday through Sunday draws a socialite-heavy, largely British and Western European crowd in the 25-45 range. Beach chic is the standard, meaning swimwear works by day but not by evening, and the $$$$ band is honest about the spend. The season runs May to October.
