The kitchen stays Greek throughout, served at tables on the sand, in VIP booths or in the private dining room, with bottle service and valet rounding out a $$$ operation aimed at Palm Jumeirah's corporate crowd, socialites and young professionals — a largely local, Middle Eastern and Western European mix, generally in the 25 to 45 bracket, with 21 the minimum for drinks. Beachwear is the dress code, which tells you how the day is meant to run. Doors are open from 10am to 3am every day of the week through the October to April season, and Fridays and Saturdays are when it's busiest.
