Dinner on Passeig Joan Carles I runs long here: cabaret between courses, then the tables clear and the room turns to lounge house, Afro house and tech house as the night stretches on. The kitchen ranges widely rather than committing to one cuisine, and the service model is the Ibiza standard at this level — table service, bottles, VIP booths and private dining for groups who want the room to themselves. Thursday through Sunday are the nights that fill, drawing socialites, couples and a strong South American contingent alongside the odd familiar face, mostly in the 25–45 bracket. Dress formally; this is one of the few Ibiza rooms where that is enforced rather than suggested. The $$$$ band is honest, and it operates year-round rather than closing with the summer season, so the winter version is quieter but intact.
