About Madunia
Mediterranean cooking with an international streak sets the tone here, served from seven in the evening onward at a table-service pace that suits couples more than groups working through a night out. The room sits on the Cap Negret road just outside San Antonio, on Ibiza's west coast, and the mood stays low-key: lounge and chill house through the earlier hours, a little Latin later, volumes kept where conversation still works. Private dining is available if you want the evening walled off entirely. Friday and Saturday are the busiest, with service running to 1am rather than midnight, and those are the nights the smart-casual line matters most. The door is 30-plus, which keeps the crowd — largely Western European and British — closer to the dinner end of the island's spectrum. Expect to spend accordingly at the $$$ band, and note the season runs April to October, Mondays closed.
