The Mediterranean kitchen and table service keep things unhurried through the day, and bottle service on the beds pushes the spend into the $$$ range once a group settles in. Doors open at 9 AM every day; the week closes at 10 PM, but Friday and Saturday stretch to 11 PM and midnight respectively, which is when the Palm Jumeirah crowd — a mix of residents, Western European and Middle Eastern visitors, broadly 25 to 45 — is at its thickest. Beachwear is the code throughout, and the October-to-April season is when it makes most sense. Valet parking at the Shoreline clubhouse.
