About Privilege at SLS Hotel
Marasi Drive in Business Bay puts you in the canal-side thick of the city, which means valet at the door and a lift ride that does most of the work before you've ordered anything. Doors open at 6pm Thursday through Sunday and run to 3am, so the arc of a night here stretches from the last of the daylight to the small hours, with hip hop and R&B giving way to Afrohouse and deep house as the pools fill. Day beds and VIP booths run on bottle and table service in the $$$ band, and the 25-to-45 crowd of young professionals, residents and visitors treats beachwear as the working dress code. The season runs October to April; Tuesday through Saturday are the nights that fill, and champagne showers are part of the vocabulary rather than an occasion.
