Lounge and chill house drifts through the early hours, Greek tracks lift it later, and the champagne arrives with enough ceremony that the mood turns from meal to party without anyone deciding it should. Thursday through Saturday bring the heaviest crowd — socialites, familiar faces, a largely Western European set in the 25-45 range — and the $$$$ band reflects it. Beach chic is the expected register. Open May to October only, so the season is short and it fills accordingly.
