About Stefano Forever
The crowd here skews 25 to 45 — socialites and summer visitors from Western Europe and the Middle East, mixed with enough St. Tropez locals to keep it from feeling like a pure tourist address. Days start at 9am on the Chemin des Tamaris in Ramatuelle, with daybeds, table service and Mediterranean plates carrying things through the afternoon, then lounge and deep house give way to jazz and a livelier register as the evening stretches toward a 4am close. Thursday through Saturday are the busiest, and in a July-to-September season that runs at $$$$ with bottle service and valet, those are the nights to book well ahead. Beach chic is the standard, which in practice means the swimwear-and-linen register rather than anything structured. Closed Mondays; the rest of the week it operates as one continuous shift from morning until very late.
